Terms and conditions
- General
1) Terms and conditions of www.discgolfar.ee online store, which is operated by OÜ Jugador.
2) Terms and conditions regulate the legal relations arising between OÜ Jugador (the seller) and the person making the online purchase (the customer)
3) We operate according to Estonian law.
4) The customer must agree to our terms and conditions to be able to place an order.
5) We reserve rights to change terms and conditions. Terms and conditions that were valid during the purchase will remain valid for the customer.
- Signing a contract
1) Customer can purchase goods sold in www.discgolfar.ee online store.
2) Contract between buyer and seller will become valid after payment has been received by the seller.
3) If payment is not received during 3 working days (5 days for international orders), it is handled as the customer's decision to cancel the order and the order will be canceled.
- Shipping and payment
1) Goods will be shipped as soon as possible (usually same or next working day), but no later than 3 working days (if not stated otherwise on the main page of the website, for example: vacation.)
2) Orders to Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Latvia and Lithuania will be delivered by Itella to pick-up points. Other orders will be shipped by Estonian Post Omniva to the local post office. Some countries have courier options also.
3) To Finland: Itella pick-up point:
- customer can select preferred parcel terminal;
- when the order arrives at to parcel terminal, the customer receives SMS with door code;
- order will be kept in the parcel terminal maximum of 7 calendar days, after that it will be returned to the seller. Re-sending will be at the customer's expense.
- Free shipping on orders over 100€
4) To Latvia and Lithuania: Itella pick-up point:
- customer can select preferred parcel terminal;
- when the order arrives at to parcel terminal, the customer receives SMS with door code;
- order will be kept in the parcel terminal maximum of 7 calendar days, after that it will be returned to the seller. Re-sending will be at the customer's expense.
- Free shipping on orders over 50€
5) In case a product that has been ordered is not available for some reason, we will inform the customer either by email or telephone. Colors and prints/stamps of products may differ from illustrations in the online store. This is the case especially with dye-colored discs that are individual.
6) Orders can be paid by Bank links (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), PayPal, Credit card or Bank Wire Transfer

- Return Policy
1) Purchased goods can be returned up to 14 days after receiving the order. If you want to return goods, please contact info@discgolfar.ee.
2) Customer will be responsible for return fees if there is no fault by the seller.
3) A notification about an incorrect shipment must be made within 14 days after the shipment was received. After the return of products has been handled and accepted, the customer will be refunded.
4) If the customer returns only one item from the order, then the cost without shipping fee will be refunded.
5) Goods to be returned have to be unused, without any damage and with labels.
6) Socks and scarves cannot be returned.
- Handling of personal data
1) Customer gives permission to use personal data by the seller in order to provide service.
2) Seller has to transmit required personal data to transport company in order to deliver the order.
3) Seller will not transmit customer's personal data to unauthorized persons.
- Liability and Force Majeure
1) The seller and the customer are responsible to each other in terms of the damage caused by a violation of the current legislation in the Republic of Estonia.
2) Neither party will be liable to the other party if obligations not fulfilled or delayed were not caused by one or the other party (force majeure)
- Other conditions
1) The seller has the right to refuse to accept customer orders and purchase contract at its discretion.
2) Disputes regarding orders between the parties are resolved by negotiations.
